Crazy ideas for getting rid of cellulite
There is no sure solution for cellulite as far as we know, but to test this theory I talked with some fitness experts who claim that while you cannot eliminate cellulite, fat reduction always works to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
And they claim it works remarkably way, as long as you undergo a significant reduction in body fat composition.
Losing a measly five to ten lbs of fat is deemed insufficient if you want to see real cellulite reduction. In fact, for most people you must lose 15 to as much as 30 lbs before you can see any improvement.
To test this theory I found nutritionists who was willing to talk with me about the fastest method for fat loss reduction. I said: “I don’t care what I have to do. Just tell me and I will do it because I want to get rid of this cellulite like nothing else!”
The guy put me on a low carb diet, but a healthier variation of the low carb diet. Not some crazy Atkins stuff where you eat cheese and bacon all day long (no matter how enticing that might sound upfront, that’s not the way to eat for any length of time!)
I am please to report that after about 6 weeks on this low carb diet I have lost close to 23 lbs of fat. But the real shocker was to see my cellulite deminish significantly!
Forget all the naysayers out there — at least for me losing significant amount of body fat was a sure-fire way to get rid of cellulite. And it happened in just about 6 weeks.
